Born and raised in Borculo, Harley & Laura Jongekrijg have owned and operated the The Soft Spot Ice Cream Shop since 1990. Since owning The Spot, the Jongekrijg family has steadily increased the size of the menu to offer lots of specialty items, lunch and dinner options, a drive-thru window, and a regular rotation of featured ice cream and food treats.
The Spot proudly serves many Hudsonville ice cream flavors and uses Cedar Crest Dairy and Gordon Food Service, both local food distributors, for inventory. We proudly hand craft the signature chocolate cow that sits atop many of our treats.
